Next year’s theme, Our History is Our Strength: A Woman’s Perspective provides an opportunity for small and large organizations and institutions to join with the National Women’s History Project in promoting events that honor, recognize, and celebrate women not only in March and August, but throughout the entire year.

We salute the over 50 organizations who partnered with us to make 2010 such a success.  Now, it’s time to build on this successful year by joining us as one of our 2011 Partners.

*Promotion: We will promote and highlight your organization’s resources, events, and services through our outreach programs as well as on our website.

* Featured in new NWHP 2011 Gazette: We plan to produce a new gazette promoting 2011′s theme for Women’s History Month:  Our History is Our Strength: A Woman’s Perspective. The 20-page publication will primarily focus on the myriad ways women’s history is celebrated in classrooms and commuities, as well as in workplaces throughout the country.  It will also feature women’s historic sites, women’s halls of fame, and women’s statues and historic markers throughout the United States.

2011 also marks the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day and a special section on this historic anniversary will be included.

The gazette will be distributed nationally to women’s history supporters, public programs, political and corporate contacts, media and research centers, as well as our entire mailing list.

*All 2011 Partners will be listed in this new gazette with your organization’s name, mission statement, and website.

*All 2011 Partners will receive 25 copies and may purchase additional copies.

*Special Section on NWHP Website will feature all our 2011 Partners with your organization’s name, mission statement, contact information, logo, and link to your designated website.
