Creative Way to Celebrate Women’s History Month

Ashley Chasteen, a student at Monroe High School in Ohio, decided to celebrate Women’s History Month in a unique way. In her advanced internet class she created a banner for her high school’s website that celebrates the lives of Abagail Adams, Laura Wilder, Harriet Tubman, Harriet Beecher-Stowe, Madam CJ Walker, Luisa May Alcot, and Bessie Coleman.

Her ingenuis idea exemplified to all Monroe students the importance of Women’s History Month.

“ I am so glad that I had the oppurtunity to show people how amazing these women really were,” said Ashley Chasteen.

So please take a look and remember that anyone can celebrate Women’s History Month, in their own creative way.
